distributes 'radio-ready’ CD Albums and EPs of new releases by Australian signed and
independent artists to community radio stations nationwide.
Amrap’s Monthly CD Mailout service delivers Australian music to radio stations and broadcasters who are likely to play it. Amrap’s service is targeted and cost effective, removing some of the guess-work from your promotions to community radio stations. Amrap can distribute releases containing covers however higher priority is given to releases containing 100% original Australian compositions. Mailout’s fill quickly so book ahead!
Amrap services the majority of the community stations around Australia. By using information given to us by the artist, we match the release to the appropriate stations, broadcasters and shows. For example, a heavy metal release will not go to a station that plays mostly classical music. We can’t guarantee the release will be aired but we can get it in to the right hands. Artists who use the mailout service will receive a list (with full contact details) of stations that received their release.

MAILOUT FEEThis is the only service that Amrap changes a fee for. This is to subsidise packaging and postage costs. Amrap applies a small administrative fee of $55 for all clients, plus a charge of $1.65 per disc you have distributed inclusive of GST. So for example the cost of distributing… 50 discs is $137.50 ($55 admin fee plus $1.65 x 50)
SUPPORT MATERIALS

Amrap can distribute support material (biographies/media releases etc) for no extra charge if they are:
- Printed on A4 paper, folded and enclosed within each CD cover OR,
- Printed on 12 x 12 cm sheet /card and slipped into each CD cover.
